Its the customers responsibility to inspect merchandise upon delivery for damage or defect. If damage, defect or product filling error is discovered, contact us for return procedures. We will pay the return shipping cost if the product filling error is due to Northwest Flag & Banner. If product is damaged or defective, Northwest Flag & Banner will send a call tag for the product and re-ship product ordered. All stocking products (no special orders)can be returned with proof of purchase within 30 days. The product or products must be in their original, saleable condition and in the packaging or wrapping they came with, including the original shipping container. All refunds will be issued in the same method of payment received. Customer is responsible for freight and handleing costs if merchandise is returned for refund. There are no refunds for custom made or non-stock items purchased from Northwest Flag & Banner unless their is a confirmed mistake made by manufacturer or Northwest Flag & Banner.
